Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payments

• All court reservations made through our website are directed via WhatsApp. A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our administration team.
• Payments must be settled as per the instructions provided during the booking confirmation (either in advance online or on-site prior to play).
• Vibe Pickleball Club reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, court maintenance, or tournament scheduling.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be communicated to our WhatsApp administration number at least 12 hours prior to the booked slot to be eligible for a reschedule or refund.
• No-shows or late cancellations will be charged the full booking amount.

3. Facility Rules and Code of Conduct

• Attire: Proper non-marking athletic shoes and sportswear are mandatory on the courts.
• Conduct: We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive behavior, profanity, or abuse toward staff or other players. Violators will be asked to leave the premises without a refund.
• Equipment: Rented paddles and balls must be returned in good condition. Damage to club equipment due to negligence will result in replacement charges.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Vibe Pickleball Club owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai/Tamil Nadu.
